Blurring the lines between a corporate party band and an original soulful rock group, The Retreat has entertained countless audiences across the southeast with their unique and organic take on the hits of yesterday and today.

The Retreat is not a stereotypical cheesy show band: there are no matching outfits, no choreographed dance moves, no note-for-note versions of the same songs you've heard over and over again. Rather than this cookie-cutter show, The Retreat was founded as an actual BAND who spent years writing their own music and paying their dues in the musical melting pot of Atlanta. As a result, The Retreat has their own sound, look, and identity--something that can't be faked.

They take this same make-it-their-own approach to immediately familiar past and current hits. Whether it's a DMB-style sax solo on "Some Nights," a punk rock singalong of "Country Roads," a raucous bluesy take on "How Sweet It Is," a dancefloor-shaking rendition of "Get Lucky" or unexpectedly awesome mash-ups like "Don't Stop Believing" and"With Or Without You" or "Wagon Wheel," "Semi-Charmed Life" and "Cruise"... it all still sounds like The Retreat. They put their own legit stamp on each song in a way that few cover bands can do.
