DESCRIPTION:
Sam Dickinson has dedicated the release of his new single to raising cancer awarenessnin the UK. 'Lift Your Head' taken from the debut album 'The Stories That Occurred'. Written by Dickinson just hours before the death of a family member from cancer in a Marie Curie Hospice.

For the video Dickinson invited fans who had been affected by cancer onto the video. Those who took part wrote down their experiences of cancer and the results are shown in the video.
