Song licensing worldwide for artists and producers. Register compositions to ASCAP/BMI and provide writer/publishing details to publishing administrators for proper collections. Review all royalty statements to ensure accuracy. BDS and Mediabase registrations. Responsible for project budgets, travel extensively to setup recordings with top producers, collaborations, coordinate and oversee videos production, photo shoots, radio promotions and press.
Marketing & promotions; imaging, photo shoots, bios, press releases, publicity, radio promotions - Reggae radio, soundmen, Reggae DJs, Mix-shows, college, urban and crossover, retail promotion, publicity campaigns, digital promotion, video promotions, manufacture promo tools, advertising, website direction. Developed artists’ bios, press releases and EPKs. Organized travel arrangements/itineraries for promotions at radio, retail and record pools. Also under this category is BOOKINGS.

In addition to these duties, RudeGal also works with a non-profit charity organization; the WAC Foundation. The WAC Foundation is heavily involved with local schools under the directive of Claudette McTaggart. Being a Jamaican who migrated to the US some 20 years ago, Ms. McTaggarts passion for children and Jamaican culture has propelled the WAC Foundation to be involved with several local Reggae Festivals in Southern California adding an element for Children with their "Kids Korner" production.
