DESCRIPTION:
On September 9, 2016 at approximately 8:00 pm Rallow (Ronald) Carpenter was taken too soon from his children, fur-baby jager, friends, family, and all who knew and loved him. A tractor trailer had pulled out in front of Rallow and sadly Rallow passed away due to his injuries.... On this night the communities near and far mourned over the passing of a man many adored.
Rallow owned Rallows Place in Dunbar, WV where many gathered to help support all the charities that Rallow loved. From cancer patients, toy drives, raising awareness for child abuse, helping flood victims, food drives, and so much more (the list can go on for-ever) Rallow's heart was the biggest and most compassionate that you could ever meet.
We all are devastated over this lost for his children, girlfriend, family, and for ourselves because to know Rallow was to love him. We love you brother. Ride high with those angels....Till we meet again.......
