DESCRIPTION:
The soundtrack music for this video is from The Neon Gypsies tape: "Space Rock", which was recorded with Dan Huber and Chris Rawlings on 4-27-2002. Chris and Dan both take turns exchanging guitar solos in this classic song of ours entitled: "Prophesy of the Future in the Past Tense". The sessions actually lasted from 5-12-2002 to 6-9-2002 after that and it was the last major 90 MINUTE audio tape recording I produced with Dan before we moved back home after we graduated from Ohio University in Athens. Earlier footage shows me in an alien mask playing guitar, and I have many more songs from this period. Dan liked to collaborate on the vocals as well, but the lyrics to these songs at least are by me, Chris 'Gnome King' Rawlings. The later video of the people playing hacky-sack is actually earlier footage from 1997 before I transferred back to OU from Savannah College of Art & Design. The ones playing hacky-sack in that video are Nick Fields, Adam, and James Crowley.
