DESCRIPTION:
The 'Sound Reasons Festival' for Sound art and Experimental electronic music will take place in Delhi from November 4 -22. The festival comprises of Sound Installations, live music/ sound performances and workshops that are spread across November and are happening in Delhi and Banglore. Some of them will continue into 2013. This is the first edition of the festival.

Sound Art and Electronic Music are still emerging fields in India. At 'Sound Reasons' and via the festival and productions we aim to promote the contemporary transcultural strain of international electronic music and sound art in India by expanding awareness among the audience. As a part of a multidisciplinary domain for sound art and experimental electronic music - our objective at 'Sound Reasons' is to create Installations, Concerts/ Live performances along with workshops across various cities in India so that artists from all over the world can interact, exchange and reflect on their practice.
