Georgette (I Never Will Forget) -Robert Decker Live - Video

DESCRIPTION:
Georgette was the name of a stewardess on Continental Airlines based out of New Jersey back in the late1980's. She was riding back as a passenger from Hawaii to I think Denver. She was in the seat next to me on a red-eye 11:00pm departing flight. We hit it off immediately and we talked for hours before she got up to go speak with some of her fellow workers. Next thing I knew, the plane was landing in Denver, and this girl Georgette was nowhere to be found. I looked everywhere for her, but I had to catch a connecting flight on the other side of the airport. I felt terrible, obviously I had fallen asleep. Then just when I was about to board my other flight, she shows up out of nowhere. I said to her "you never came back." She said "I did, but you were asleep. Then you slept on my shoulder for over an hour." Wow. I never knew. She gave me her address but I lost the paper. I just had to write this song about the whole situation: "In a name which was Georgette, is just a girl I never will forget..." and now I never will.
