Hitting the streets with her "beatz", Mercy gives it to you hard, merging together the sweet sultry sounds of soul with a kickin' spice of rock. With a cogent appetite for music at the early age of 16, this native Los Angeles starlet discovered an undeniable gift illuminated by the sounds of her Grandfather's Spanish guitar. Understanding Mercy's affection towards the guitar, Grandfather Janel Collazo, contributed to her gift and surprised the young aspiring artist with the ambrosial instrument, altering Mercy's position from an aspiring artist, to an effectual one.

Enrolled as an independent student throughout her high school years, Mercy found time to make her gift ascend flawlessly, practicing for countless hours and days. Having grown up with celebrated musical influences such as Sade, Ella Fitzgerald, Jimmy Hendrix, and Madonna, among a plethora of others, Mercy began to transform her sound from a powerful rock, to a now multifarious one, synthesizing genres of World, Jazz, Rock, and Pop into an ever-resonating conglomerate of musical harmonies. Upon her first performances at the age of 20, Mercy dazzled the audiences, "sending chills down their spine and stopping them dead in their tracks," as some would put it, enticing them with her enchanting voice, raw guitar skills, and captivating lyrics.

From Terminal to You've Got Me Feelin' Down, you can never go awry finding a song that suits your spirit. Her songs embody the struggles of life's hardships, and over comes them with perseverance, strength, and ingenuity, molding together the makings of a true star.
