RIVAL GANG MEMBERS CONFESS TO L'A CAPONE'S MURDER - Video
PUBLISHED:  Aug 24, 2014
DESCRIPTION:
Two rival gang members appeared at a bail hearing on Saturday afternoon in the shooting death of 17-year-old L'A Capone (Real Name Leonard Anderson) outside of a recording studio in the Grand City neighbourhood.

The two affiliates of the 051 Young Money Mickey Cobras, Sakhee Hardy-Johnson, 17, & Michael Mays, 21, waited in an alley in the 7000 block of South Stony Island Avenue for the young 600 rapper to finish a studio session at around 7pm on Sept. 29th 2013. Assistant State's Attorney Alex Molesky said in court that the two had an ongoing gang-related dispute with Anderson. Anderson was approached and shot twice upon leaving the studio, & was pronounced dead about an hour later at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Once arrested & in police custody, Hardy-Johnson & Mays both 'admitted that after learning Leonard Anderson was in the studio, they planned to shoot him there', & were both charged with first-degree murder. This admission of guilt has shocked people worldwide, but we can only speculate that they confessed to their crimes in order to make it known that it was in fact member of the 051 Young Money gang who killed L'A Capone. Hardy-Johnson is being held in lieu of $350,000 bail, & Mays is being held on $500,000 bail.
