DESCRIPTION:
Timothy Showalter’s project Strand of Oaks is known for a brand of indie Americana that draws on folk and rock, and the band’s latest album, “Heal,” is a perfect example of their sound. When Showalter recently stopped into the Fender Artist Showroom, he pulled out his trusty Telecaster, plugged into a '68 Custom Twin Reverb combo amplifier and performed the song “Shut In,” a standout track from “Heal.”
