Today we have a quick play through of the Tonesearch "Dynosaurus" pickup, available from Strings Direct in the UK.

This Dynosonic-styled pickup offers a cheaper alternative to Gretsch's famed Dynosonic, coming in at £35 per pup.

Tonally, it sits more towards the mid / low-mid range, offering rounded tones with the Les Paul used here. Compared to the Burstbuckers, the tops are lacking - there's no cut - but roll the gain down, drop the pick and it's a finger-pickers dream.
