ARTIST HISTORY:

Known to perform multiple instruments on many records he produces, Mikal is an artist himself. By age 14, Mikal knew every lyric, chord, melody and harmony to every Beatles' song. His obsession with music inspired him to pursue his music career at an early age. By sixteen, he was playing the tough Northeast England club circuit and earned recognition as the youngest band to make the final four of the televised "Band of the North" competition.

After graduating The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) with honors, Mikal left England for a solo tour. After performing in the Greek islands and Austrian Alps, Mikal pursed his career in the United States. Settling in Aspen, Colorado, Mikal formed a band that became the resident band at the infamous China Club and signed his first record deal with Alesis. Mikal later formed the band "Opium" and signed to A&M Records. Mikal also joined forces with "Porno for Pyros" Peter DiSteffano forming the band "15Mg". In 2008, Mikal signed yet another recording agreement with immergent Records and released his solo album "Gold" produced by "Five For Fighting's" Curt Schneider.
