Picked up as R&B writer at the age of 19 by then Head of A&R for Tight 2 Def Records,
Carl Cooly C Dorsey. Later enlisting in the United States Marine Corps in 2001 after a number of run-ins with the law forced him to leave Atlanta life. Continued writing and rapping until late 2004, after serving 7 months in Iraq he hooked up with with the already established SOUTHUNOYZ. Later nominated for 2005 Blackman of the Year by Todays Black Woman Magazine. Soon after he recorded a number solo projects with Dreq Dobbs of Dreq Productions and one of Atlantas hottest producers D.J. Dana.
