Artist Biography: Bewized is a four-piece groove metal / metalcore band from Thessaloniki, Greece, formed in 2007. They have released a demo EP in 2008 and one full-length studio album entitled "The Scorch of Rage", recorded at Noise Factory Studios (Thessaloniki, Greece) by Christian Rahm, mixed and mastered by Fotis Demertzis at Mix Studios (Thessaloniki, Greece). In November 2010, Bewized inked a deal with Casket Music (a division of Copro Records, UK) for a worldwide release of "The Scorch of Rage" made on April 25th, 2011. Late 2010 also found them with their first official video directed by Bob Katsionis (Nightrage, Rotting Christ, Suicidal Angels) for the track "Laceration of Innocence".
The recordings for the sophomore album started in December of 2012. Guitars/bass/vocals have been handled by Stelios "Stelth" Koslidis at StelthSound while drums have been tracked by Emmanouil Hermano Tselepis at Red House Studios. They gladly announce that the production, mixing and mastering of the album will be fully undertaken by Jon Howard (Threat Signal, Arkaea) at Woodward Avenue Studios in Ontario, Canada. Besides the production, mixing and mastering Jon also nailed some of the coolest vocals on the second track entitled "Medusa's Head" and Björn "Speed" Strid from Soilwork did also a grandiose guest appearance throughout "Heart Bled Dry", yielding high quality clean and harsh vocals.
This second studio album entitled "Undead Legacy", is set to be released on October 28th, 2013 through NoiseHead Records (AT).


About The Video: ...and the King asks Daedalus, famous for his ability to invent and build things, to design a maze (the Labyrinth) in which to put the terrible Minotaur. The Minotaur demands human sacrifices. King Minos is not happy with Daedalus, so he locks him and his son, Icarus, in the Labyrinth. Daedalus uses wax to build some wings for himself and his son Icarus to escape. Daedalus warns his son to fly at a middle height. Icarus forgets the warning and flies too close to the sun. Sure enough, his wings melt, and Icarus plummets into the sea and drowns. Daedalus is devastated by his son's death.
