Red Bear guitar picks are the closest thing you can get to Turtle Shell guitar picks that guitar players used to use before everyone realised that you had to actually slaughter Turtles to make them. Red Bear have devised their own material that feels and sounds similar, the Big Jazzer with right handed speed bevel and grips is the perfect pick for me. Good size, about 1.6mm thick so rigid and so smooth at the tip it literally glides from string to string with no noise, just pure tone.

I know they are expensive but I highly recommend them they make playing so much easier and fun.
