RealEyez has a east coast feel, that is thought provoking, challenging, and diverse. He has what many have called a “vocal edge” that sets him apart. He has already completed 2 full albums; one titled "Frontline", 2007 and the other titled "MisEducated", 2008. On a hip hop level some would say he has the potential of a Kanye West, Common Sense, or Talib Kwali. He says “If I could, I would make my own genre, call it true life hip hop that’s not common.” In other words he could care less who he is compared to as long as it is understood that he is his own God fearing, and talented man. He has so far opened for KJ 52, L A Symphony, Canton Jones & Katalyst. He makes his first feature on the gospel album of a group known as Chanzed and on the gospel album and music video of Milton Owens featuring in his title track called Keep It Tight. RealEyez likes to be called a MC, because he believes there is a difference between a MC and a rapper. In his own words, “MC’s speak about life issues that help you overcome or make you aware of your struggle, rappers simply entertain.” He says his goal is to “enlighten the minds of the hip hop world, both artist and listener.” Convinced that hip hop is in a pitiful condition at the moment, he has committed to simply help re-direct the path that it is on. "If you listen to rap or hip-hop in today’s world you will notice one common trend. It has no purpose, but to make money for the artist." What can you expect when you listen to RealEyez? Music with substance. So when you are tired of listening to the same garbage (and you will be soon), you can still get it all from one who has RealEyezed that the world needs more than a beat and a hook if they plan on succeeding in life.
