Alabama born Rasie Michael Bailey, known professionally as Razzy Bailey, started recording at the young age of ten. In the early eighties, he charted with several number ones on the US Hot Country chart.

In 1966, Razzy Bailey recorded his single, "9,999,999 Tears" backed by a studio band with Billy Joe Royal, Joe South, Freddy Weller and more.

This performance was recorded live at Church Street Station in Orlando, Florida.
