DESCRIPTION:
From the 1979 album - Volume , the tune "Blues For Mez" featured one of the most searing guitar solos from a great but under recognised player whom Roy Buchanan was once quoted as saying -"Ray can play anything" . Someone has put up another video where you can see Ray performing this tune live , but here is the studio version , backed by Narada Walden on drums and Jimmy Haslip on bass.
