DESCRIPTION:
Here he comes walking down the street high fivin' the children in the heat.
Playing the fool, his name's Raoul, but he's the man that you want to meet.

He got in a little sticky situation waiting for the bus at the train station.
"Who are you," screamed a man in blue with no explanation.

Hey Mr. policeman, you come and take my fun.
Locked away and kept restrained, I just wanna go home.

"I don't know" he tried to reply, but opened his mouth and closed his eyes.
"Sometimes I know and sometime don't. Sometimes I ask if I'm even alive."

"Now that there don't make no sense. I'm gonna lock you up until you pay the rent"
Now, Raoul here is playing it cool. Says, "this is a mouse not an elephant."

He pulls a thirty foot hanky from his sleeve and on his stilts he walks up a tree.
With a rainbow fro he honks his nose and says, "No way copper. Why don't you leave?"
