Rallion Live @ "A Boxful of Treasures Folk Festival", Forlì, Italy, July 31, 2009 - "Norvegian Tunes" form the second CD "One For Sorrow", 2009. "En Helt Farsk Schottische (Maria Jonsson), "Le Vent Du Nord" (Fiona Cuthill, MCPS), "Norvegian Polka" (Traditional). This set of tunes has become known as the "Norvegian Tunes", even though only one of these is actually from Norway. The first tune is a traditional Swedish tune which Andrew Lyons learnt from the playing of Sofie Jonsson, while the middle tune is a tribute to Fiona's favorite band, "Le Vent Du Nord" from Quebec, and men from Canada in general ! The last tune is a traditional Norvegian feel-good polka.
