translation notes:

1. so ハローワーク means a 'government employment agency'
according to wiki, an employment agency is a place which matches people to jobs depending on abilities
so rin and len are matching kaito to a type of youth depending on his hobbies and stuff

2: the first sentence, talking about youth literally being a melancholic springtime, is because the characters for youth (青春) split up into 青 (ao) - blue, or melancholic, and 春 (haru) - spring

3. um so the 'face deviation' thing (which I translated incorrectly, sorry for that) is, from what I gather, something of a face ranking thing? so I think Rin's saying that kaito has to be an ikemen to join that group, which he (apparently) isn't. although it's worth mentioning that when kaito's face was shown later in the video, the comments were all; イケメンじゃん (but he's an ikemen!)

4. the red stamp says; 'Let's try a bit more'
