Peak (a.k.a Paolo Picone):
Born in 1976 in the midlands of southern Italy, Paolo Picone aka Peak, started his musical activites in 1991, as a drummer at the age of 15. In 1995 he began to compose electronic music with samplers, drum machines and midi sequencers. He founded the Mou project in 2001, hailed by the press as one of the most important dub'n'bass bands in Italy. In 2003 Paolo founded the Soundabbast booking and events agency, setting up events with main international electronic artists as Deadbeat, Burnt Friedman, Retina.it, Rechenzentrum, etc...  Paolo was also the coofounder of the AquietBump label which was launched in 2005.  The "So Quiet" EP is the first release with this solo project on 2008.
On 2009 the berliner label Ornaments has pressed his first vinyl "darksuite", distribuited all over the world by WordandSound. July 2010: "So shy" Ep, an exploration into the theme of the "shyness", influenced by Jamaican dub roots, electronic culture, noise and electroacoustic approach.

youANDme:
is a project of Martin Mueller and Daniel Stroeter and both live in Berlin / Germany. They have worked as DJs and producers since 1995. Both love the deeper side of music with many funk and soul influemces. The structure of a youANDme set is very different; they like to play several styles in one set like house, techno, dub or electronica. They love records that have their own structure and character, because both hate to mix boring tools for several hours. They always search for new and innovative stuff.
They have published their tracks and mixes on labels like Ornaments, Cocoon, Dekadent Schallplatten, Compost, Platzhirsch, 2020Vision, Snork, and many others. The next step was the establishment of their own label - youANDme created ROTARY COCKTAIL REC, POLYMORPH and 2 mysterious secret labels.
2009 was a successful year for youANDme, they published various records and one highlight was the licencing of Mark Broom vs. Brothers Vibe: "Mind/Feeling" (youANDme Edit) to Sven Väth his "The Sound Of The 10th Season" live mix at Amnesia DVD (Cocoon Mix 027).
youANDme published their first official mix-cd "ORNAMENTS SYMPHONY" in 2010 and they got great reactions and press feedbacks like "ALBUM OF THE MONTH" or "DE:BUG 2010 - OUR RECORDS OF THE YEAR" at the important german "DE:BUG" magazine.
The youANDme track "I LIKE" was also "SINGLE OF THE MONTH" at the "DE:BUG" magazine in June 2010. The future is unwritten...
