Tim Sparks plays at the Open Strings Festival in Osnabruck, Germany 1998. Cornbread and Baklava is an original composition inspired by accidentally eating space cakes in Amsterdam then encountering strange things on a train ride through Germany. It is a country blues played in a Turkish dance rhythm of 7/8.
