Kol HaMeSameach:
Kol ham'sameach chatan v'kalah zocheh chamishah kolot. Mitzvah g'dolah lihyot

b'sameach tamid.

This is my literal translation of the Hebrew:

All the joyful

groom and bride win

five voices (some say meaning the Torah)

directive magnificent

to exist

in joy

always

This is my flow well translation:

All those rejoicing with the groom and the bride win five voices and it's a magnificent directive to exist in joy always. (from http://hebrewshepherd.com/)

Kol HaMesameach, also known by some as the "War Dance", comes from Jeremiah 33:10-11. "'...Yet there will again be heard here the sounds of joy and gladness and the voices of bridegroom and bride, the voices of those who sing, "Give thanks to Adonai-Tzva'ot, for Adonai is good, for his grace continues forever," as they bring offerings of thanksgiving into the house of Adonai. For I will cause those captured from the land to return, as before,' says Adonai."
The literal translation of the song is: "Those who make the bride and the bridegroom happy will gain five sounds. The sound of sasson (happy), the sound of simcha (joy), the sound of the bride, the sound of the groom, the sound of the grooms in their Chuppahs (weddings). It is a mitzvah to be joyful."
