中国传统音乐琵琶名曲《塞上曲》是一首琵琶传统大套文曲，属于中国传统文人音乐。乐曲通过描写王昭君对故国的思念，表达了哀怨悲切之情。
塞上曲：琵琶传统大套文曲。曲谱最早见于李芳园的《琵琶谱》，是他根据华秋萍的《琵琶谱》中的五首独立小曲《思春》、《昭君怨》、《泣颜回》、《傍妆台》、《诉怨》综合而成一曲，起名《塞上曲》，且伪托是王昭君所作。

此曲描写王昭君对故国的思念，哀怨惆怅，凄楚缠绵，具有很强的艺术感染力。在弹奏上强调左手的推、拉、吟、揉及擞音、带起等技法，使旋律更显得委婉柔美。描述此曲最贴切的一句诗莫过于白居易《琵琶行》中的"弦弦掩抑声声思"。

This is a very famous traditional pipa solo called "Sai Shang Qu" (塞上曲, Chinese classical tradition), interpreted here on pipa and guitar by Liu Fang and Michael O'Toole. Concert live recording on 26 September 2008 at Birr Arts Centre, during the tour in Ireland in association with their new CD release. The tour was sponsored by the Irish Arts Council & the Music Network.

The title 塞上曲 is translated sometimes as "Songs from the other side of the border". This piece of the typical lyrical style of the traditional pipa repertoire (often soft, meditative and poetic), is said to represent the sorrowful song of the Han dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD) noblewoman,Wang Zhaojun, a famous beauty who had to marry a barbarian prince for political reasons, sacrificing herself to the oppressor to save her country. This melancholic melody reflects her nostalgia, having realised that she would never see her friends and family again.
