DESCRIPTION:
Champlin Williams Friestedt (CWF) is a West Coast AOR supergroup teaming up Toto’s lead singer Joseph Williams with former Chicago vocalist Bill Champlin and guitarist/producer Peter Friestedt.

In 2012 CWF put together an ALL STAR BAND to do a sold out tour in Scandinavia. Their ”Live In Concert” DVD made it all the way to the top of the chart.
The CWF collaboration continued with a brand new studio recording called "CWF" released in 2015. This new album also includes contributions from Steve Porcaro of Toto, Randy Goodrum (Toto, Chicago) and others.

Peter Friestedt has been working together with David Foster and Fergie Frederiksen and touring Europe and Japan with Joseph Williams with who he also released the ”Williams/Friestedt” album that was a top 40 hit.

Bill Champlin was the lead singer of the legendary band Chicago for more than 25 years. Chicago is one of the world's best-selling groups of all time, having sold more than 100 million records. Champlin has written multiple Grammy award winning songs for Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire and George Benson and worked with countless artists including Elton John, The Doobie Brothers, REO Speedwagon, Jay Graydon, David Foster, Al Jarreau, Boz Scaggs, Elton John, The Tubes, Lee Ritenour, Amy Grant, Nicky Trebek and Barry Manilow.

Joseph Williams is best known as one of the lead vocalists of TOTO. His fantastic voice can be heared on hitsingles as "Pamela" and "Stop Loving You". Before and after this tour with CWF Joseph is touring the world with TOTO in 2015 and 2016.
