::Dark Time Sunshine::
Dark Time Sunshine is comprised of Onry Ozzborn of Grayskul (Rhymesayers) and producer Zavala. Onry and Zavala first met and collaborated while working on mutual friend and rap artist Sleep's 'Hesitation Wounds' in 2009 (Strange Famous). After this session the two continued their collaborative efforts and began amassing a collection of songs, melding Onry's debonair persona and wordplay with Zavala's strikingly innovative production to create Dark Time Sunshine's signature sound.

::Moodie Black::
Moodie Black has seemingly appeared out of thin air, rising from disintegrated dustings of a newly popular genre- noise rap - with a recent featured article in international French publication New Noise, a Death Grips remix, and collaborations with emcee Dalek, Moodie Black has stirred some curiosity.
Shaped and formed in the deserts of Arizona, Moodie Black pulled themselves from the dust, undaunted by criticism for their abrasive sound and controversial stage shows since 2004. Regarded as a legitimate pioneer of mood in a very small class of noise rap (Death Grips, BLACKIE, Dalek), the band's unorthodox approach to production, mixing, and live performance has begun to be recognized by the human masses. Outfitted with disembodied baby heads tethered to gold chains, Moodie Black is visceral, melodic, and of course devastatingly moody. The duo- fronted by menacing figure "K." (Chris Martinez) and backed by guitarist Sean Lindahl- have audiences anticipating Moodie Black's upcoming album, N A U S E A , the follow up to the critically acclaimed Sana Sana, and the first major release for the band.
Moodie Black have much to be thankful for in 2013 with two back-to-back national tours from January to April, a debut record for Fake Four, and a European tour in summer of 2013.

On the strength of ION's recent release of "Coordinates," and the anticipation of upcoming albums from both IC vet johndope's "Concrete Pillows" & Romulan's "Drifter", the AWTHNTKTS are quickly becoming the face of Iowa City Hip-Hop. Each member falls into their own realm of lyrical wit & conduct with a common goal to put Iowa City back on the map as an outlet for local AND touring hip hop heads. Combined with Iowa City's own WFKU Radio and illstillsmile productions, the debauchery and good times are a guarantee.

::Rolling Blackout::
Rolling Blackout is an alternative hip-hop power trio from southeast Iowa. The group is comprised of Tony Griffin (lead vox), Tay Stutts (Lead guitar) and Zach Johnston (Beats, Mixing); all born and raised in Iowa City. Though long-time friends, the group only discovered the pool of their musical talents in early 2008- but they quickly became inspired by the confluence of their diverse influences. Today they continue to strive to express their creative vision through meticulous recording and intense live performances. Rolling Blackout is associated with All Your Bass Records.
