DESCRIPTION:
Recorded in St. Joseph's Cathedral Dunedin during the Lenten Carols Ceremony, AD1996. The Cathedral was opened on 14 February 1886. The transepts, apse, central tower and spire have never been built - more's the pity! The windows and stations are from Zettler and Co. of Munich. The original organ was built by Fincham of Melbourne and installed in the old St. Joseph's Church in 1866. It was transferred to the Cathedral in 1886 and then rebuilt and enlarged in 1976.
