Egalement disponible sur lalbum « Crime Parfait » (On Peut/ Believe) Si elle est (re)connue pour son incontournable « c’est la ouate », titre phare des ’80s, sa carrière de chanteuse/auteure avait commencé en 1982 avec la sortie de « Piranana » son premier album. Après « Loeb C.D. », et quelques collaborations (Ramuncho Matta, John Greaves, une compile Boby Lapointe) elle a produit « Crime Parfait » et des nouvelles chansons pour « George Sand et moi!Après une première mise en scène aux Bouffes du Nord pour Michel Hermon avec lequel elle créera cinq spectacles, elle travaille avec des personnalités aussi éclectiques que Lio, Viktor Lazlo, Judith Magre dans « Shirley » (Molière meilleure comédienne en 2000), les Weepers Circus, et les Bons Becs (clarinettes/percussion).En véritable artiste de music hall, elle ne boude pas son plaisir et remonte régulièrement que scène depuis 2008 avec son show décapant « Mistinguett, Madonna et Moi! ». Elle présente son nouveau spectacle musical « George Sand et moi! » co écrit avec Tom Dingler et mis en scène par Alex Lutz au Festival d’Avignon 2013.
Brought up in New York in the 60s, I have then returned to France, my home country. There, I became a passionate fan of movies of the 30s, 40s and 50s, where I worshiped Marlene Dietrich, Martha Gray, Judy Holliday and Katherine Hepburn. My favorite book soon became Keneth Anger's « Hollywoood Babylon ». It is in these pages that I discovered the lives and tragedies of Frances Farmer, Fatty Arbuckle and the great Tallulah. I could only fall in love with such a « bigger than life » caracter.

Like Mae West just before, like her friend Dorothy Parker, Tallulah had everything to fascinate me. Beautiful, smart, witty, and incredibly trash, her way of dealing with her drug and alcool abuses, her apetite for both men and women, her amazing honesty «darling, every thing they say about me is true ! » made her instantly very familiar.

I recognized her as a sister. I knew, from the inside, how much despair there was behind all that glamour and that dazzling wit.

I wrote « Tallulah, darling » dedicated to her, quoting my beloved Mae West for the choruses « When I'm good I'm good, but when I'm bad I'm better ! », and am happy to sing it in my show « Mistinguett, Madonna et Moi » (that I tour in France, Japan and Spain), in which I can say a few words about her and tell some Tallulah stories (« What's the matter darling ? Don't you recognize me with my clothes on ? » to the french audience who is happy to discover this incredible caracter.
