"It's All Over Now" is a song written by Bobby Womack and Shirley Womack. It was recorded by the Valentinos featuring Bobby Womack and reached #94 on the Billboard Hot 100 in June 1964.
The Rolling Stones recorded the song at Chess Studios in Chicago and released it on June 26th 1964. It soon became their first number one hit.
The Valentinos (who were actually the Womacks) version was produced by Sam Cooke.
