This particular song, "Sand Castles", was originally recorded for Elvis's Paradise Hawaiian Style film.. but they decided not to use it in the film. So when they released the soundtrack album, they decided to add the song as a bonus track. The song is basically a fantasy-type or kids kind've song. It's talks about beaches at night time and all of the animals living together peacefully. It was recorded on August 2nd, 1965 in Hollywood.
