the safer spaces that you break are the same ones that we have made. this silence means we are all complicit, our blinders show that no one is innocent. rape culture is our culture, we can't run and we can not hide. rape culture is our culture, we can't run and we can't deny that this culture is a reflection of our sexist socialization. of our misogynistic institutions, our patriarchal family solutions, our victim-blaming traditions.

UNCHAIN

a species becomes a tortured specimen. our excuse: a history we see as carnivoran. outdated myriad reasons to industrialize this cycle of cruelty. so many thoughtless ideas that reproduce this abuse carelessly. it all comes down to this: total liberation requires a critique of our comfortable, bestowed routines (and this comfort is only ours). total liberation requires facing the fear of a compassion that is yet unknown. casting off all shackles, breaking down all walls.
