DESCRIPTION:
On the 50th anniversary of this somber event we created this tribute to Carole Robertson and the other 3 girls killed in on September 15, 1963 in the Birmingham Bombing. This tribute was created by the Santa Clarita/ Antelope Valley Chapter of Jack and Jill, Inc. It was filmed and edited by the Teen Group. We want our generation to know about the these 4 little girls, who undoubtedly would have have grown to become courageous women and their lives not been cruelly taken by this heinous hate crime. We want their families to know that their lives were not in vain. They continue to educate a new generation on our history.
