Ok, so I'm a little lag (as usual) haha. I've been hearing much about the movie Our Times (我的少女時代 - nothing to do with SNSD though haha :P) which is basically about love during high school years. It's quite a common plot honestly, but well, it touches people's heart closely so I guess it would still be a good watch.

Personally, I haven't watched it yet so i can't make comments nor comparisons with the one with a similar story line aka Apple of My Eye. But looking at the trailer well, though the plot is cliché, it grows on me a little and guess I'll catch it if I have the time.

I'm more of a Chinese music listener but have never made any Chinese lyrics video because I find it troublesome to add on the pinyin (Cause i find it kinda useless when i see other videos and I can't read some Chinese characters) :/ So yup, you can tell how much i like this song so much so that I did it even with English translations. And yes, I translated this on my own so do pardon any mistakes! :P


p/s: I may be going on a hiatus (again) till i encounter some really nice songs that I'll do on an impromptu basis hehe love y'all! :P

Just watched Our Times today and aww it was cuteee. Loved Xu Tai Yu's character though i was surprised that he like Lin Zhen Xin so early in the show. It was sweet, all the stuffs he did for her, considering her feelings, remembering what she said. Compared to Apple of my Eye, I personally preferred Our Times. It's difficult to compare though cause their focus points are a little different.

But i really liked how Xu Tai Yu kept his promises and at least they had a happy ending unlike Apple of my Eye which left me with kind of a bitter feeling of regrets.

And of course, the music is good. Previously, didn't really had much feels for the other 2 soundtracks but well, coupling it with the movie, those songs are pretty catchy too. :3 So much so that i wanted to do lyrics for them too but i'm having time constraints :/ Might do it once i have the time!

So overall, I found it to be quite a good / adorable watch. Do catch it if you have the time! (:
