This is British group, Bucks Fizz, who won the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Making Your Mind Up". It had a famous dance routine where the ladies skirts were ripped of when the line "so if you wanna see some more" was sung, to reveal a shorter skirt underneath. They are still ripping skirts off 34 years on!
