OPUS RUSPEE

Originally hailing from Astoria, Queens, Opus woke up one day and found himself wandering through the lush foliage of Upstate NY. The decision soon came to settle and build. After landing a job at the local "Gentleman’s club", Mr. Ruspee was soon introduced to the one and only Fro Magnum Man who was also gainfully employed at this particular den of wretchedness. The two got to talking and soon came to the conclusion that they should combine forces and produce music to fuel the minds of the masses that have rejected the brainwashing tactics of the commercial record industry. For those who seek something that challenges thought. Drawing from the darker aspects of existence, Opus erects lyrical masterpieces using both his past and present as a means to produce a form of hip hop that is both cathartic as well as liberating for all those unfortunate enough to relate. Opus is also a member of the super quartet ADAPTAMENTAL, teaming up with The Rift, Fro Magnum Man and BigHead.
