Nate Augustus, GatorheadRed and RubeeJawbotik are all the sameHailling from the Heart of the Devil's Garden in the Florida Everglades and runnin' with the Psyclebillies, the Swamp-Hop supergroup ACL, and regional ruck-n-rollers, GladeZmen, Nate's music is an eclectic blend of neo-traditional rock, mixed with hiphop, blues, country and surf music. Song themes are usually set in the rural parts of the American South. The Swamps of Florida. If you want to experience it in all its gory glory, you might want to come on down to the Everglades and catch a live performance by this native Florida Cracker in one of his many musical outfits. The GladeZmen, with fellow swamp rockers Chainsaw Merkin (drums) DodoBird Dorris(doghouse bass), and Ant Killer (guitfiddle & bass) is quite a show.

Other projects include the GladeZmen self titled EP, released last year, and an upcoming EP called, "Big Ol' Monster", out Feb '10.Also in the works, A gorilla style documentary on the wild world of Everglades Fly-Fishing(no really, it is a dope ass flick!) w/ the guys at World Angling, and also finishing up a Holy Smokes (of ACL & GladeZmen fame) EP that will be out very soon!. "The Everglades Bohemouth" was the second solo album by Nate, released in 2006, following up where 2003's "Botany" left off in the Swamp Hop timeline. Other releases featuring Augustus, include "ACL:Florida Phonosythesis:Vol.10", from 2002, "ACL: Welcome to Florida" from 1999, and underground EP, "ACL: The Pre-Season" 1998.All but the last two are still available.
