The Entertainment powerhouse known as the Cartel Enterprise LLC was founded in 2002 by Entrepreneurs Phame, HP, Stillion and Thurro. Hailing from Delaware (with the exception of Stillion, born in VA), these aspriring recording artists made a committment to turning their Record Label into the Premier Independent Company in the Region.



Longtime childhood friends Phame and Hp had been writing rymes together and exploring hip hop music since the 4th grade. With the introduction of the third member "Thurro" in High School and Phame's first cousin Stillion, the group began to flourish.



Formely known as "First Life Longenvity" the Cartel Enterprise Name was not coined until the year 2002 when the company' CEO Phame decided to rename the label to something more suitable to the youngster's aspirations. A Cartel Enterprise is defined as " a combination of independent business organizations formed to regulate the pricing, production and marketing of goods or services to maximize profits. " and that is just what these young fellows intended on doing in all the years to come.



It was in the year 2005 when the group began to suffer many tumultuous tribulations with the incarceration of three of their four members over the next few years. In addition they experienced many losses in their family's as well as financial turmoil. However these events only served to empower the groups members allowing them to emerge today as one of the leading entertainment company's in their state allowing them to work with other notable artists such as Freeway (Rocafella Records), Gillie da kid(Major Figures), Cappadonna (Wu Tang Clan) and more.



With their very own Radio Show, Industry Showcase, Custom T Shirt Brand and Model Management Company, this Cartel Enterprise has consisitently lived up to the name and continue to kick down doors until they have a foot in the game for good. The Cartel Enterprise is the spark that has ignited and united the Delaware underground hip hop scene, so keep your eyes and ears open for these young moguls in the making.
