SISTERS (Meli Wharton, Nicole Hadfield und Onejiru) are representing as ambassadors of the campaign "Because I am a girl" at the FIRST INTERNATIONAL UN DAY OF GIRL CHILD on 11.10.2012 in New York.

Sisters have been supporting the campaign since 2010 and have written the campaign song "Because I am a girl".

Am 11. Oktober 2012 ist der erste internationale UN-Weltmädchentag.

Mit der Kampagne „Because I am a Girl" setzt sich das Kinderhilfswerk Plan dafür ein, dass Mädchen die gleichen Rechte und Chancen haben wie Jungen.
