Garey Williams demonstrates the Single Stroke Roll, Slow to Fast to Slow using the three dimensions of technique: Wrist, Wrist/Bounce blend and Bounce(Finger Control Strokes). This video demonstrates and discusses moving from a Stick Control technique to a Bounce Control technique and the blending of the two. The Finger Control or Finger Bouncing technique is clearly demonstrated and discussed using the "wolverine" technique to start.
