Omenus brings a distinct sound that is all their own to the Alternative Rock scene. They explode on stage with unequaled intensity, earning Omenus the respect and admiration of fellow musicians and music lovers alike. While their recently released album 'All Things in Place' captures much of the bands high-quality sound and energy, the bar is raised in a live performance setting. Their remarkably energetic live shows have earned Omenus a rapidly growing legion of devoted fans, along with a reputation as one of the best live shows around.



While Omenus as a whole is amazing, it is purely the collective sum of its talented individual members. Drew, the groups vocalist, adds a commanding edge to the heartfelt lyrics and brings the welcomed vocals of a true singer; an often missing facet of bands in this genre. Sean, the bands skilled guitarist, adds a powerful range of emotion to the mix, as he seemingly speaks from his heart through his guitars. Anthony provides the soul of the group, bringing energetically haunting bass lines to life. Kaz, with his unstoppable drumbeats, adds a solid foundation to the band and can captivate any audience during a solo. The foursome has used their extensive studies of music theory, similar viewpoints, and outlooks on life to attain a balance between technical ability and emotion rarely seen in other commercial bands.



Omenus plays music that is certainly right for today, but has the ability to fluctuate with the ebb and flow of the general music population's ever-changing taste. Like many great bands, Omenus has the enormous potential to alter peoples thoughts and views, and impact a generation. They dont play just for eternal fame and glory (though they certainly deserve it); they play because its a part of them - a part of their souls.



Pronounced like the word ominous, Omenus is a great alt rock music from Long Beach, CA. We enjoy being part of the Long Beach Underground Nightlife and play at many of the venues in the area, especially around CSULB. We enjoy playing at traditional rock venues, as well as outdoor events and fundraising events. We have been interviewed and performed on the Cal State Long Beach radio station Kbeach.org and the Long Beachin' with Mo TV Show.
