French house hero Anthony Collins unleashes his deep and distinctive 'Exhibit A' EP on Natural History, the offshoot to his indie Scissor & Thread imprint.

Firm member of the leading French crew, Anthony Collins is a DJ and producer of the highest stature, having graced the decks of the worlds best clubs including Watergate, DC10, Fabric, Rex Club, Studio 80, Panoramabar and many more. His stunning productions have appeared on labels such as Freak n Chic, Supplement Facts, Poker Flat and Horizontal with remixes for key players including Ricardo Villalobos. It goes without saying that Collins is certainly one of the best in the business! In late 2011 he began a new project with his co-founded Scissor & Thread imprint. Here he works his studio magic to make four deeply delicious, raw house cuts for the first release on the Scissor & Thread offshoot label, Natural History.

Chicago native but Brooklyn based Jordan Lieb aka Black Light Smoke steps in to collaborate on 'Leopard' -- an analogue dream of deep hazy bliss. The alluring female vocal and raw elements compliment each other perfectly, while the 'dub' version takes it deeper still.

Next up 'Ransom' warms the room with its super deep energy and hypnotic roll, as the infectious bass grabs you from below and leaves you wanting more! 'Cooper' rounds off this deeply satisfying package keeping in tone with the EP - divinely deep, filled with intoxicating synth flows and rolling beats.
