DESCRIPTION:
Normandy in Newfoundland was written and performed by Terry Penney. It was inspired by Mr. Les Ginn (featured in the video), a WWII veteran who experienced the war long after returning to the safety of his home. On November 11th it is important to remember those who returned home as well as those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and did not. This video features actual WWII veteran with footage from War Amps Canada. Re-enactment footage was filmed at the "Old Mill" in Campbellton, Newfoundland with Rick Terry.
