Directed by Laura Di Nitto, Shot by Marco Belati, Edited by Marco Belati & Andrea Camerini.
NTZ experience at the World Summit on Children and Media 2007 was one of the most important among the ones that helped us grow in our work with children and youth.
At Afrika Cultural Centre, created by Benjy Francis, the encounter with 30 kids from Cosmocity, a difficult area in Johannesburg.
With this journey NTZ understand at a deeper level the meaning of their name: the word Zulu means "people of the sky".
In the country where human rights were crushed by man's own madness, the word Freedom has a profound meaning in the example of people like Nelson Mandela and Biko that, together with all the ones that work and commit themselves in the world for peace and development, represent the realization of the ideal of fighting against inequality and injustice.
Music as a peace-builder, as means of communication and change, as universal language to create a deep contact among human beings, capable of overcoming cultural, social, religious barriers, can contribute and help reaching the goal.
The Race is one: Humanity!
This is the most important message NTZ bring on stage and in the hearts of all the ones who believe music can really transform our lives.

"We are Sound because we are the product of the vibrational manifestation that surrounds us..."

With love,
NTZ*
