Nate began playing guitar at the age of 12 and is primarily self taught with exception of lessons for a short period when he was 13. His folksy indie alternative style stems from the likes of many different influences, such as Ryan Bingham ,Jack Johnson ,John Mayer ,Dave Matthews, Bill Withers and Andy Mckee. Such influences give a unique styling to his music which cannot be claimed in a single genre. With interesting chord progressions and alternate tunings coupled with smokey vocals, the music of Nate Fredrick is tantelizingly unique. Nate currently unsigned to a label is focused on his progression as a musician.
