There's nothing fishy about Norma Bates. Their music is just a complete mix of everything and nothing, it's crazy rock 'n punk with a whole lot of energy.



The band is: Julia, the lead singer, a blizzard from the North with inherent stage cockyness, a guitarplayer with restless legs and struggling fingers, with the name Christian. At the steeringwheel spanking up the skins they've got Bob the Drummer, also known as Pär. And the bassline is safely defended by goalkeeper Jenny.



The first song Norma Bates ever did was a “spare of the moment thing”, a result of a cold, boring day in April 2004 when four friends got together and tried to make some sweet music. What began as a computer session ended up in a whole other story, forcing Pär to pick up on his dusty tricks on the drum-kit and Jenny to learn how to play the bass.



Now they are doing their best to make new songs and play together
as much as possible.
