DESCRIPTION:
An amazing end to John Vanderslice's show at Randy Bacon's in Springfield, MO. After 15 or so people sang along with him on stage for "Me and My 424", he decided to take the show outside and proceeded to play an acoustic version of "Nikki Oh Nikki" in the middle of the street. Backup singing by the wonderfully talented opener St. Vincent...aka Annie Clark of the Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Steven's touring band. This was easily one of my favorite live concert moments in a long time.
