DESCRIPTION:
On November 17th 2004 a beautiful person, jazz musician, avid experimental composer and my twin brother Nick Marsalek left this world at age 26. On the 28th of November of that year, a week and a half later, his close friends put together a memorial concert in front of a packed room at Dionysus in downtown Baltimore, MD. This video documents those 2 special heartfelt sets of music performed that night. Some of the tunes are Nick's compositions, some are tunes he loved to perform himself, and others are tunes that made us think of Nick.
