Some of the countrys leading young folkmusicians has created Swedens new folkrock band, Skenet. Lena Jonsson - fiddle, Niklas "Nicke" Bertilsson - drums, Johan Mörk - bass, Staffan Jonsson - guitar. This band does not sound like anything you have heard before. Influenced by everything between Pink Floyd, 70's disco, electronica and old Swedish fiddlers. A quite retro sound with tape delays from the 60:s are mixed together with polskas from the 19:th century. Be prepared for some heavy riffs, screaming guitars and frightening fiddles! Here comes Skenet!
