Ghost in the Shell : Stand Alone Complex is just my favorite, favorite, favorite anime of all time. I think it's because of that search for Humanity in a futureworld that just isn't very Human anymore. You can see so many echoes of that in our own present society too. It's beautiful.

Also, I only realized recently that a lot of my favorite anime music was by Yoko Kanno. Favorite Anime Music composer for years and I didn't even know it o_o;;

...also I love this song so much that I had a hard time transcribing it, because I'd just keep spacing out and getting lost in the music xD... Also, editing was kind of fun (heh...heh....couldn't resist doing the Laughing Man thing....
